November Trip to Prague n Vienna

A group of us will be going to Prague for a wedding. We will be picked up on Thursday, November 5, 2015, traveling to city of wedding. We will be leaving wedding site on Monday, November 9 back to Prague.

Here r my plans for our group

Sunday, 11/1 Flight (USA) to Vienna-11/4, Wednesday.
Wednesday, 11/4 Afternoon Train to Prague
11/4, Prague Overnight
11/5, Picked up for wedding
Wedding
11/9-11/12 Prague
Flight 11/12 to USA

Vienna. (Area) 3 nights. 3 1/2 days
Prague short over night.
Prague (Area) 3 nights. 3 1/2 days

Does schedule seem reasonable?

Any suggestions for in city sites or day trips?
Any hotel suggestions in both Vienna n Prague?

It does seem reasonable. You probably won't run out of sites in Vienna, especially if you're interested in the museums and palaces. During your second stay in Prague, I think you will find time for a smaller-town day trip. Direct bus to Cesky Krumlov takes 3.5 hours; see www.studentagency.cz. Day trips by train to Kutna Hora, Benesov/Konopiste Castle, or Revnice/Karlstejn Castle are closer and only take one hour each way,
