www.skyscanner.com shows flights via Oslo (no nonstop options) on Norwegian air for $200 or on SAS for higher fares.

Type your beginning and ending point into rome2rio.com. It will give you all the possibilities for transportation with approximate time each will take and approximate cost.

If you fly to Scandinavia on SAS they may have an offer for hops at roughly $100. They offered that when I was there.
