I've never tried either and they may be hard to find, but in Belgium, look for Maes Zero %, or Tourtel blond. For the Netherlands, I'm sure that Heinekken must brew at least one product without alcohol.

i talked with some english people about non-alcoholic beer and even the english (who are very serious about their beer) were very positive and accepting of the drink. Im sure if you ask a local they can tell you what to get.
