2 of our group left today to fly standby as airline employees. They got stuck in chicago and are now taking a different route. It looks like they will arrive London Heathrow friday nite, June 7 at 8:40pm on an amercian airlines flight from boston. They need to catch a train to meet us at the zurich airport by 11:00am sat. morning June 9th. Can someone help with the train choices that will work for them, cost, train changes, times, etc. Sorry to ask for such rushed helped but we have such short notice.

felicia, Given the circumstances, this won't be a time to start looking for "the best deal". In order to connect with the group in Zürich, they'll likely have to take whatever flights they can get and pay whatever it takes to get there on time. Rather than make a trip to LGW, LUT or other airports to connect with a budget flight, the easiest solution would be to take a flight out of LHR. However, that will likely be more expensive but may be the best solution once time and transport to another airport is factored in. Some airlines they could look at are Luftansa, KLM, GermanWings or Swiss/Edelweiss. Given the time and trouble to get to another airport after an already long international flight, I'd probably just book something from LHR and pay whatever is required (within reason of course).
