Hubby just picked up the Railway Guide to Europe by Brian Solomon from Kalmbach Publishing. I see it will be available on Amazon on May 1, though.
Lots of in-depth info on trains all over Europe. I reviewed the parts on Switzerland and Italy and was most impressed by the detail. For train aficionados or those seeking more details on how the various train systems work, might be a fun library addition. It has an excellent section on transportation in Rome.
