Netbook Power Cord

We intend to use a netbook in Europe for the first time. The converter is 110-240V, so that isn't a problem, but the separate cord connecting it to the wall has a 125V tag. Do we need a European power cord as well?

I don't think that power cord will be a problem, but you will need an adapter plug to convert your American plug to the European standard one that has two round prongs, rather than the flat ones we have in the USA. Otherwise, you won't be able to plug it in to European wall sockets.

You didn't say where you were going, but it you are going to the UK, they have different wall sockets there, so you would need two adapters -- one for EU countries (such as Spain, France, Germany, etc.) and a different one for the UK.

You can easily get all of this stuff at places such as Radio Shack.
