I've failed navigating scrolling the drop down country list on the helpline, left column.
I'm using a Samsung NC10Plus under Windoze 7 Starter, using a track pad.
I can click on the countries which show up initially when the drop down is clicked but I can't scroll down. If I try to drag the scroll bar down the screen jumps to a random country like Greece or Italy without clicking.
I'd like to be able to scroll down to Switzerland and Transportation and Scotland and Wales, please.
It related to your set up. Not having a problem with an iPad.
Or an iPhone.
I'm not going to try to fix your setup, but click on any country you can get. Then, in the address box at the top, replace the name of the country shown with the name of the county you want, or with "transportation".
BTW, there is currently no link to the old transportation forum page.

I have the same problem if using Google Chrome. Internet explorer allows me to use the scroll bar. I've had same issue with other web pages in Google, so I think it might be related to the recent google chrome update. You can use your arrow key to scroll down to the bottom of the list.
It is working fine for me with Google Chrome on my desktop. Seemed to work fine on Google Chrome on my phone, too, but wouldn't post.
