Well, I submitted a few requests for reservations through MyTable.com. I got texts/emails stating that they couldn't get ahold of the restaurants and would keep trying. After several days waiting, I gave up and contacted one of them myself but waited on the other since it required an international phone call. Out of the blue today, I got an email from them saying my reservation was confirmed! They stated that the restaurant only had two seatings, so they reserved the one closest to my requested time and to let them know if I wanted the other seating.
So, I'm not sure how I would rate them... at least I don't have to make an international call now (hoping that we won't have an issue when we get there). I'd try them again, but be prepared to contact the restaurant myself.
