I am departing from my usual "do-it-myself-with Rick's guidebooks" approach, which is the way I have done on my previous 13 trips to Europe.
I am using myguideIreland.com to book air/car/BB's through, since I am totally unfamiliar with Ireland.
Has anyone used this company? If so, what did you think of your experience?
I haven't used this company, but my first trip to Ireland was a similar package. They sent the B&B directory ahead of time and we booked our own B&Bs via email. This kind of package can be a great deal.
They are offering 7 nights over St Patrick's Day,B&B vouchers with airfare and automatic car for $2343 for 2 of us. I think I will book it and use Rick's books for sightseeing.
Im using this company next year for our trip. They said the new vouchers dont come out until March which is when they will mail them to me, you can however go to their website and look at the b & b's available and get an idea of where you want to stay. Good luck and happy traveling
