Only concern I'd mention is this:
D14 - Train to Zürich airport for flight home
(early train to airport for later flight home)
I generally think its unwise to plan to travel very far, on your departure day, to get to your actual departure point. This puts you at risk of missing your flight. How great that risk is depends on the circumstances and details of your flight home (is it booked all on one ticket, or multiple separate tickets?) and how serious the consequences would be if you miss that flight (miss a day or work? others things?)
Trains in Switzerland are famous for running on time, but still, things happen that can cause you to be late. If a little late, then it adds more stress to an already stressful day. If a lot late, and you miss your flight home...could be a minor hassle (if they can put you on a later flight that day), could be a major problem (no more flights that day, or you have a separate ticket which you basically lose and have to buy a stunningly expensive replacement ticket on the spot, etc.).
If it were me, I'd probably head for my departure city (in your case, Zürich) the night before your flight, no matter how late in the day you flight is scheduled for.
I loved Prague, but wouldn't plan on five nights there. Are you doing some day trips to other places nearby?
I only see four nights in Prague, which seems fine to me. I agree about not wanting to be in Lauterbrunnen the night before a flight home from Zurich. That trip is at least 2-1/2 hours and requires 2 or 3 changes. Assuming the outbound flight is a transatlantic one, I'd be stressed about the walk-up cost of a replacement one-way ticket if I missed the original flight.
I think your itinerary looks great. I love both Amsterdam & Prague, never been to Switzerland.

Is you flight from Zurich to ORD? Be sure to plan enough time for all the exit formalities.
If you are doing ZRH-ORD and it leaves before 3PM, I would not be able to swallow enough Tums to calm my stomach to do that.
Go to Zurich late in the day on D13, spend the last night in a hotel in Zurich (maybe close to the airport), and relax about catching your flight on D14.
Which month is this trip?
Are you staying in Lauterbrunnen or up the hill in Wengen, Gimmelwald or Mürren?
Have you considered travelling from the Lauterbrunnen Valley via very scenic cog railway to Luzern for your last night? Only 70 minutes from Luzern direct to the station under Zürich Airport. The train to Luzern has panoramic windows as standard and follows Lake Brienz to Meiringen (where Sherlock Holmes had his fight to the death) and up the cliff to the Brünig Pass before gently dropping into Luzern passing mountain lakes and fabulous views. A normal ticket does the lot.
Thanks for all of the comments. I really like the train to Luzern idea. We are traveling in June and not positive about exact location in Lauterbrunnen.
I was going to suggest Luzern as well for that last night. Its convenient and doable and a magnificent city to visit!
I will be in Murren myself at the end of May. I chose to spend one night in Luzern & the day of course prior to catching my train to Paris. Get a little lake time in after the Alps & before Paris.
Enjoy your trip.
