I am planning on taking Rick's Eastern Europe tour starting in Prague but was wanting to see Munich before the trip starts. In Rick's Germany book he recommends taking the Deutsche Bahn bus between the cities. I went to their web site, found the bus section, but could not find Prague as a destination out of Munich. Does anyone have any ideas on how to make reservations and buy tickets, or have any other ideas of getting from Munich to Prague. I do not want to hassle with flying. Thanks

George, thanks for the quick reply. I used your link and tried it myself but could not find Praha as a destination option. Perhaps I am choosing the wrong starting station, not sure. BTW, I will not be going until September.
George, I left the date blank; I was just trying to choose the stations and that is where I ran into trouble. Which starting name did you use?

The Bahn website says the IC buses run from the Hbf. There are other buses from the longdistance bus station ZOB located above the Hackersbruecke S-bahn station, one stop west of the Hbf.
