I'm looking for a luggage strap or holder to combine suitcases. The strap should hold two cases together at the handle- not a bungee strap which must wrap around a 2nd case. Available straps online seem too short- I think 20" would be fine. Any ideas?

Any sports/outdoor store sells strap in a variety of widths and lengths. If what you like is too long, you can cut it and melt the end with a lighter so it won't unravel. You can also hook any identical two together - - you'd just have two buckles.

In the past I have combined several carabiners together and used them since I find they are helpful in other ways also. They are cheap too. ( Not the kind used for climbing but those used for key chains, water bottles and such)
