We are VERY new to the world of mp3 players and are having problems downloading Steves audiotours from our computer. We have a Creative Zen 4G. Music and pictures were easy. We tried following the 'instructions' from the creative site, but no luck as yet. Any suggestions?!

What exactly is the problem? Are you able to download them to your computer hard drive or are you trying to connect directly to the Creative Zen?
