Moscow Travel Meeting - 21 June at 10:30am

The Towns and Villages near Moscow Travel Group will be meeting this Saturday, 21 June at 10:30 at One World Cafe, 533 South Main Street.
We'll talk about recent trips (Czech, Armenia, Germany and France), trips coming up and dreams of trips to come. Anyone who likes to talk about travel is welcome.
Some of our usual group are on a Rick Tour of Ireland so they have been excused. Hopefully next month they'll be in town to give us a detailed report.
So who will be there?

Yes, siiigh, will still be forced to be in Ireland instead of attending the meetup. Thanks for excusing us!

PS...having a wonderful time, wish you were here!!

So far there will be 9 of us. The Ireland Tour contingent will just have to be updated at the 12 July barbecue. (We're meeting the second Saturday in July because too many people will be out of town on the third.)
Anyone else coming to the June 21 meeting? Coeur d'Alene, Spokane, Clarkston, Asotin?

I was just wondering, is there a Paris Travel Group?

3 of our group were supposed to let me know last night if they could make it; Leslie? Rena and Mike? Do we get to see you?

"I was just wondering, is there a Paris Travel Group?"

Yes, on September 26th. Jim and I will be there, as will our friends Sarah and Dave. Then there will be you and Pam. Anyone else? I don't think we will find a Panera, but I'm sure we can come up with another location. I'm hoping it will be near Gare du Nord, as we will be picking up our car there.

Mais oui, there IS a Paris Travel Group or at least an unofficial one! Don't tell the corporate office (Denver aka Lee) that we're not meeting at Panera, it won't be on a Saturday and it won't be the third week in September! Lee just might accept payment for our dues in Euro though!

Good morning from Sint-Truiden Belgium! Actually I lied before, forgetting we would have left Ireland. We met up with Belgian friends for a delicious dinner last night in a restaurant on the Grote Markt and are being picked up at 10 to see the airfield Dad flew from in WWII. Then back to town to go thru the museum the locals have documenting all the groups who were stationed there.

Rog and I are headed out shortly to have a look at their Saturday market.

Wish we could link pictures! We will bring to the July meeting.

Have a fun time today!

Thanks, Pam! As I said earlier today, because you won't be attending the meeting, we will of course talk about you all. We will wait for your return to talk about packing light though since you and Rog are the best of our group to pack light! (I don't know about Cinda's packing. Does she pack by the gram like Rog?)
