Really. So you are in Germany and have an infection. Rather than google solutions since you clearly have Internet access, you go to a travel board and ask the question. Then based on that answer, you are willing to wait maybe a week or more for the product to arrive in the mail rather than dealing with the infection immediately.

Miconazole isn't necessarily used for an existing infection. It can also be used to prevent infections in people who are susceptible to them when, say, using antibiotics for other illnesses. People who are sensitive to antibiotics in that way like to have a supply of miconazole on hand just in case.
