My first time to Europe.....Will all the following countries/cities all use Euros?
London, Amsterdam, Paris, Switzerland, Germany and Italy?
I know that is a silly question but I am hearing conflicting answers.
London uses pound sterling, Switzerland the Sw. franc and the others the euro. Anyone who tells you otherwise is dead wrong.
Thank you so much.

Norma provided perfect information on the currencies you'll be using.
As it's your first trip to Europe, be sure to notify your Banks that you'll be travelling so they don't "freeze" your cards when they detect transactions in Europe. Also, ATM withdrawals are normally pulled from your chequing account, but it will be whichever is designated as your "primary" account (check with your Bank). I usually suggest taking two ATM cards, in case of problems with one of them (I've had that happen).
If you haven't already, it would also be a good idea to have a look at Europe Through The Back Door, as that has a LOT of good information on "how" to travel well in Europe and the differences you'll encounter there.
