Has anyone used the new cash passport prepaid card in Euros? If so, what do you think?

I have looked at a lot of them and never found one that was a good deal financially. They usually have too many fees and/or bad exchange rates. Just use your debit card in ATMs over there. Time after time, that has proven to be the best deal.
