Are there any Monestaries that one can stay at in Rome on a nightly basis?

Here's another option that Rick recommends called Casa per Ferie Santa Maria alle Fornaci dei Padri Trinitari--it's near the Vatican. My husband and I have stayed here and would go back again. I don't see an English language link on the website but to view the room prices and check on availability click on the "Prezzi" tab.
