Mobile Passport Control app worked great!

We just returned from Europe via SEA. Prior to the trip, I downloaded the CBM MPC app and registered our family.

When we arrived at SEA, the passport control line was LONG - a sea of people. We had checked luggage, and the line only grew as more people claimed their bags and joined the line. Then I remembered the app, and saw the big sign for “MPC” right next to Global Entry. I went into the app, answered the questions, took pictures of our party, and got a QR code good for 4 hours.

We were directed right to the front and waited less than 1 minute for the next agent. That saved probably an hour, at least. The MPC line was shorter than Global Entry, and it is free!

Thanks! So glad I signed up for MPC based on someone else's recommendation. So if the Global Entry line is too long on my way back from my upcoming tour, I will go in the MPC line! 👍

Awesome! We were just talking about this at our meet-up this morning. Leslie has used it before and had a great experience with it as well.

Thanks for sharing! I’m going to get the app for our trip this fall. Seattle has such a beautiful new terminal but passport control was a total mess in April.

Landed at Dulles Wednesday afternoon. As the plane taxied to the gate I opened the app made my submission and received the QR code. It took longer for me to disembark and walk from the gate to the C/D Terminal's midfield immigration facilities than to actually clear immigration. From the moment I walked into the hall to the moment I finished with the CBP officer was under a minute and I was the only soul to go through the Mobile Passport Control line.
