Mobile Pass questions

I recently downloaded the Mobile Pass app and ungraded to "Plus" so that I can store my information and submit it more easily, I guess? I have two questions, the first being whether I'll be able to use it when departing from Dublin Airport in a few weeks, since I can clear US Customs at that airport, rather than when I arrive in Newark, where I have a layover.

My second question is whether my other family members will be able to use my Plus" membership/plan on their iPhones when they download the app on their phones. A couple of family members will be traveling back on a different date than me. Maybe a better way to put the question is whether multiple people can "share" the "Plus" membership/plan on multiple iPhones.

I just flew back from Dublin on Memorial Day. I searched online, before my return, specifically to see if Mobile Passport was an option. I couldn't find anything on either Mobile Passport or Global Entry so assumed it wasn't an option. After going through the second security screening, while waiting in line for immigration. I saw a bank of Global Entry kiosks (so maybe?).

I still believe Mobile Passport isn't an option. If it is, you could save probably 30 minutes to an hour in a long line. It was a zoo.

More important than the Customs part, is that you can clear Immigration/Passport Control in Dublin.

How many hours before your departure time did you get to the airport? I'll be flying out the morning of July 3rd and would expect there to be plenty of fellow travelers.

I think I just found the answer to my first question by taking another look at the Mobile Pass app: it can only be used at certain U.S. airports, so scratch Dublin, right? But if my other family members are flying out of Shannon Airport, they should be able to use it upon arriving at JFK on their return trip.

Shannon airport has US Pre clearance as well just like Dublin.
