My last trip to Belarus was the winter of 2004 and I've heard that the prices have gone up considerably in the last few years. Has the economy brought them back down at all? We spent $75 a night at the Hotel Planeta and I'd like to stay somewhere compareable again while in Minsk. Also, how available are cars with drivers/translators?
