MIlan to Grenoble

On June 17 I want to go from Milan to Grenoble. I'm a woman in my seventies. It seems the bus doesn't take much longer, if at all, than the train. The flights weren't very direct. What do you advise? I'm leaning toward the bus.

The train and bus take about the same time. The bus is cheaper. However I would take the train it has more space to move around and facilities like toilets
