I want to know which cell phone plan is best. i have heard mobal phone is good but expensive... i also have explored telestial...i would like text messge options as well. This is my first trip to the middle east. suggestions??

Rebecca,, for those destinations ,, as well as Helpline East,, I would look at some other forums that will likely have a lot more acitvity on their forums for those places. May I suggest Lonely Planets Thorntree and , Tripadvisor forums.
