Markets in Florence & Tuscany

Does anyone have good info about markets in various places in Tuscany? I was hoping to time my stay in Florence with the big Sunday market at Piazza dei Ciompi, but I have conflicting info about when it is. The web site www.theflorentine.net states it is the LAST Sunday of the month, but Rick Steve's guidebook states it is the FIRST Sunday of teh month. I will be there Sunday September 30, 2007...
