March 2024 Trip planning advice welcomed!

Hi! I just bought a ticket to a concert (The Smile) in Brussels and am trying to plan a little Europe trip around it. I'll have 7-10 days.

My thought is flying into Brussels and spending a few days there with day trips to Bruge or Ghent or Antwerp.

Possibilities I've thought of
1. Make my way by train through Germany for a couple days with the final destination being Prague. I would then fly home from there.
2. Similar to the above except going into Austria (instead of Prague)
3. Going into France...I mean Paris is right there...

Questions:
1. If I were to go through Germany to Prague or Austria where would be some good places to stay for a day before heading on?
2. Is 3 days enough for Belgium?
3. I would love to hear any other thoughts on possible destinations(France? Netherlands?) from Brussels. I'm totally open at this point and would love to hear all your ideas.

Thanks all!

For 7-10 days I'd either stay in Belgium or combine with the Netherlands. You could fly into Brussels and out of Amsterdam. 4-5 days in each city with daytrips would be nice. Don't skip Bruges!

Easter 2024 is March 31, so does that influences places you want to be and/or avoid? I've found that the week before and after this holiday can get quite crowded in European cities. For instance, the Easter markets in Prague are quite festive and fun, so in spite of the crowds, I had a great time. But there are closures on Easter Sunday and Monday in many places.
Have a great time planning!

Thank you both!! The concert is 3/15 so I don't think I'll be around for Easter...
