I'm thinking of visiting Malta for a week in August
I'm looking to stay in Hostels, I'm totally ignorant on how easy it is to travel around the islands and whether it's best to use Valletta as a base camp, or stay a few days there then stay on another island for a few days etc
Any input would be much appreciated, thanks in advance :)
I guess if we knew why you wanted to stay in Malta for a whole week, we could give you better suggestions. My daughter went there last year with her friends, and they were pretty bored after just a few days. They went to all the historic places, and then the only thing left to do is go to the beach. Not a very exciting island and I think they were kind of sad they had spent the whole week there.
