Play Airlines, the new low cost carrier out of Iceland. Limited flights, Glasgow was just added, may be worth a look.
We're trying them in two weeks, Newburgh NY to Berlin, connection in Keflavik, $650 RT. We could have flown for about $450 with no seat assignment or luggage (check in or carry on extra). Four tickets, so a big savings.
Flying out of Newburgh/Stewart is great, Norwegian flew out of there. $300 RT to Dublin direct, with a 10kg carry on and $10 parking. That was great.
