Can anyone give me an idea of about what time the Louvre visit starts on the best of Europe in 21 days tour? I’m trying to figure out how much time we will have on our own after for more sightseeing. Thanks!

Others on a past tour can give you their experience, but the best way to get it exactly right is to email the Rick Steves office and ask them. (Because sometimes things change on tours even if it's the same tour.) They were very helpful with telling me what time we were visiting a museum and how long we could plan on being there. Then we could plan our free time after accordingly. Very helpful.

And sometimes the guides change the itinerary somewhat, shuffling activities, for example. The office will want to know which of the various tours you are on, I mean which date range.
