My friend and I are traveling to Europe for the first time and would love to find something in the range of 150 Euros per night

Going to meet up with the boat? Go Navy! Hold on to your purse! Head north 200 miles and you will be in Geneva. Head west 20 miles to the Provence area of France. Train service makes the most sense.
