Looking for a 360 rolling backpack and a 22 inch for under $200. Is there such a thing? I know R.S. had a rolling backpack but not 360.

I assume you are talking about spinner wheels when you say 360? I've never seen a backpack with spinner wheels but I suppose they might exist. Hope someone can give you better information.
