Hi, Im in Vienna & I need to call my bank in Toronto collect.t figure out how to call the operator to make a collect call. On the back of my bank card there is a number to call& it says world wide collect with an area code. So do I need to call an operator first or dial 010 & the number.

Kathy, I believe you do not need an operator. Just call the prefix for Canada (you said 010) and then the number on the back of your card. Anyway, that's how it works if I wanted to make that call to the U.S., of course with our prefix. Good luck. P.S. If that's not a 24 hour number, remember the time difference.
