Just a few thoughts:

You have listed Westminster Abbey twice, on both your first day and your last day in London. Your family has traveled to Europe before, so I assume you know how well you deal with the eastbound trans-Atlantic flight. It wipes me out, so I'd have zero interest in a large, time-consuming indoor sight like the Abbey on my arrival day.

I'm not sure Sunday is a good day to go to Borough Market. It is now open that day, from 10 AM to 2 PM, but even the market's own website says not all vendors may be present (which I bet is an understatement).

The Changing of the Guard gets roundly panned on this forum due to the need to show up extremely early if you hope for a decent view. It sounds like a large time commitment for a small payoff. Rick mentions an alternative in his book; I'm sure someone else can provide that info.

The Charles Bridge in Prague is a mob scene during the core of the day, utterly packed from edge to edge. Your best bet for avoiding the sardine experience is to go really early (I don't know how early) or quite late.

Municipal House is gorgeous. I regretted not paying the small fee for a photography permit.

I thought the Museum of Communusm was well done, but you probably won't have time for it.

We know they are not close together, but the kids picked London, I picked Prague and my husband picked Stockholm. The tickets from US to Europe seemed exorbitant, but between cities we found for less than $90/ticket for direct flights.

Thanks for the feedback. I updated the 6th to say Windsor Castle, not Westminster Abbey.

Yes, those are three very different cities in different parts of Europe. And it would be helpful to know a bit about your interests and what you are looking for.

Regarding your days in Stockholm, if you asked me where to stay I would not recommend Östermalm. Are you big Abba fans? If not, you might consider skipping the Abba museum. Selma spa is also not on the top of the lift of things I'd recommend for tourists. What are you plans for the the rest of the time and the parts of Stockholm you have listed?

And since you listed the changing of the guards in London, you might be interested in seeing them in Stockholm also. Especially if it is mounted during your stay. The schedule for the summer has not been posted yet so we can't tell yet, but the parade is more impressive when mounted in my opinion. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Uo1ARCpvebA

Having lived in a flat in Östermalm for two years, I may be biased. I think its a great location. Where is your flat? I thought the Abba Museum was fun with various interactive exhibits (I love to sing Abba tunes), but agree you need to be an Abba fan. I don’t see the City Hall on your list and I think a guided tour of the City Hall is really worthwhile.

For London, I question your visit to Windsor Castle on the same day as your flight. This could work if you have an evening flight, but if earlier it may be too rushed. I also don’t think you can visit Westminster. Abbey on arrival day as it usually closes early on Saturday; check the opening times. Also, I don’t think the stalls are open at Borough Market on Sundays; you will want to check that. You could do your visit on Saturday.

Thank you for the feedback.
We will look at Borough Market a different day.

Is there a different day spa (treatments and pool) you would recommend for families in Stockholm?

Does an 11 hour archipelago boat ride seem fun in Stockholm or boring?

Any favorite family friendly restaurants in London, Prague or Stockholm (Thai, Indian, or other)?

We thought Windsor Castle was a good idea on our last day since it isn’t too far from LHR. Our flight is at 5:45pm. Thoughts?

Would love any other feedback.

I agree with Laura that the City Hall in Stockholm is very worthwhile; one of the most beautiful I have seen.

We did a boat tour in Stockholm that was about 2-3 hours; 11 hours seems long.

We did a 2 hour walking tour of the Jewish Quarter in Prague and it was one of the most fascinating tours we have ever taken.

I think it’s great that you each chose a city and are making it happen. They each are different from the others which will make for an interesting trip.

There is nothing wrong with Östermalm as a place to live, but for a tourist visit there are in my opinion better places to stay. Östermalm is a bit too residential, few major sights in the area and it is not that well covered by the metro.

If you really feel like a city spa visit, Selma spa is not a bad option. I just thought it is something you can do in many places so there is no need to spend half of a Stockholm day on it.

If you want to see the archipelago, the 11 hour trip will give you a good view of it, but there are shorter tours as well.
