London/ Paris/ fields of flowers and cobblestone streets

Hi - I am planning a 13 day trip with my husband and three teenage daughters the end of June starting in London. Planning to be in London for 3 to 4 nights. I want to take them by train one day to Guildford, Surrey, where I was born, but haven't been back since I was in grade school. Possibly another day trip to Stonehenge. The other destination, my daughters are very interested in is Paris, which I would like to do for a few days, but not for the rest of our trip. I want to have one more destination for the remaining 5-6 nights either in the UK, France, or Switzerland. The hope is some sort of smaller town with character and culture and natural beauty and as one daughter requested, 'a place to run in fields of wild flowers and eat baguettes in villages with cobblestone streets.' I have thought of either the Cotswalds, the Loire Valley, the Alps on either the French or Swiss side or Cornwall. I want a small area to explore and relax and soak in the experience. My daughters have been to Italy, Peru and Costa Rica but never this area of Europe. Thanks for any suggestions and ideas!
