London Madrid and Paris Private Airport Transferes

I'm traveling with my toddler under the age of 2 and parents (one of which is recovering from a hip replacement surgery) to London, Madrid and Paris. I have traveled in Europe a good amount and am very comfortable navigating public transportation and is typically my preferred method of airport transfers. However, given the toddler and elderly members of my family, I'm thinking it may be best to just take the easy way and hire private airport transfers. Would you be able to provide recommendations of companies? We are traveling between:
-London Heathrow to Trafalgar Square
-Trafalgar Square to Gatwick
-Madrid airport to Retiro neighborhood and return
-Paris ORY to Central Paris
-Central Paris to Paris CDG

*Also note, the company will need to provide a car seat
Any recommendations on companies?

I've seen a lot of negative comments here about specialist airport shuttle services in Paris - better to hail a taxi at the airport rank.

Thanks for the suggestion of taxis- typically I would agree & would much prefer to use Uber or public transportation but with a need for car seat Uber is not an option & we need to have the easiest & most direct way to our destination.

we used AeroCity in Madrid last September. On time, clean vehicle, personable driver. (or as personable as you can be at 4:00 am.) Can't speak to his English language skills as we spoke in Spanish. Good value.
