I plan on being in Pompei area and Amalfi Coast in late Nov. but not sure how many nights. Are there enough hotels, B&B in that area so I won't have to make reservations in advance?

Would you mind either changing the title of this post or your other "lodging" post. Confusing. Your other post might better be renamed, "parking in Venice." You are traveling off season. A better question would be "will there be enough B&B's that are open for travelers so I won't have to make reservations in advance?" Most likely but why chance it. Cold and gloom can be found in Italy in November. So can blue skies. Pack layers.
