Ia m looking to enhance our trip with local opportunities. I read one womens account of the wine tasting and pasta making through accidental tourist......My daughter and I have booked that and just wondered about others experiences. We will be in Paris, Rome, Vienice, Florence (and surrounding area) cinque Terra, Arels (and surrounding area) as well as Barcelona, MAdrid and Seville. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

So we recommned you might search for such an organization which serves mankind in ways with which you can personally identify - and offer your services.
