Since this seems to be a topic of discussion, suggest we list the names of the bank ATM's in the various airports and train stations in Europe so people know what to look for and can avoid unnecessary charges and bad exchange rates?
Frankfurt Airport - Deutsche Bank, recommended
If you use any other ATM there, your rates and charges will be higher as they are often associated with Reise Bank, the same company that runs the money exchanges at the airport and train station.
Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof - none. All of the ATM's here are not associated with a particular bank. I don't recommend using them.
Go outside the train station and directly across the street and to your left, you will find a Deutsche Bank ATM.
