Limited time in Zermatt and Montreaux, need tips!

Have 1 day unaccounted for in Zermatt. Would like to hike but will be with 2 other couples and thinking easy - moderate 2-3 hour is all they will be able to do. 5 lakes hike looks cool but not sure they can handle that. Suggestions?

We will be in Zermatt, Montreaux and Lucerne primarily and want one really nice winery at some point. Not overly picky, but already doing a lot of driving so hoping to find one near these locations. Thanks!

Also one couple want to paraglide rather than hike. Anyone have suggestions on this?

My favorite winery near Montreux is Domaine Croix Duplex. Maude (the owner, winemaker) will take the time to talk with you about her wines. I take the train/bus to visit, but easily drivable from Montreux. The wines are delicious. I have a few in my wine
refrigerator. View of Lake Leman from the terrace is breathtaking. I usually walk from the winery to the train station below (Cully) via the paths around the vineyards.

When in Montreaux, you will walk along the lake. Beautiful walk, beautiful flowers. And you can, of course, take photos standing in front of the famous Freddie Mercury statue. It's mandatory!
