I am considering the extremely light weight metal luggage (I know it is not metal, but don't know what it is made of). I am looking for one with four wheels. I think some are made in Germany. Anyone used this before, comments?
Thanks

Where are the four wheels? If you are asking about an upright case with four swivel wheels, it doesn't function very well on rough or uneven surfaces.
Yes that is what I meant
I think you mean the Titan polycarbonate ultra-lite roll-aboards from Germany. I just got one from eBags. I chose 2 wheels because it's cheaper and a bit lighter. My 20" weighs less than 5 lbs. empty. Now I have packed it and it's 14.5 lbs. It was expensive, but I am getting to be an old lady (63) and I have more money than muscle! My day bag weighs 7 lbs. packed and my hiking boots will be on my feet. We're going to Ireland for 5 weeks in September.

That's an Extremely light weight "metal luggage", not an Extremely light weight luggage. 14.5# in a 5# "bag" is only 9.5# of actual "stuff". In my 1-3/4# convertible bag, that's only a little more than 11#. I carry out grocery store bags weighing more than that - and I don't need wheels.
Did a google search and the Titan looks like what you are talking about. Also look at the web site about 4 wheels being better then 2 ........ http://travel2.nytimes.com/2006/02/05/travel/05advluggage.html?fta=y
The headline is a tease. The articles says nothing about which is better and ends with a comment that four wheel are harder to control on a slope.
