what is your longest European tour?
Who??? The longest I have been on is 26 days part of a 35 day stay.
I wonder if you could possibly clarify your question a little. I was left wondering if you thought you were addressing the Rick Steves Tour People and you wanted to know what their longest tour was or if you were just asking people what the longest tour they had ever been on was.
I think the longest Rick Steves Tour is the 21 day Best of Europe Tour, but people can have longer tours by schedule two or more tours back to back. There was a gentleman last summer who did 5 tours back to back. I'm guessing that was a record!
This Forum is monitored by Rick Steves's staff, who sometimes post (they have a Rick Steves "badge" next to their name). But, the rest of us are just "members of the traveling public," like yourself, and do not work for him.

As said above, if a single tour is shorter than you were looking for, you can string together several tours. You have to get yourself from the end of one to the beginning of the next, but the Rick Steves Tour people should have some ideas on how to accomplish this with the least difficulty.
Brad is the poster who took FIVE back-to-back tours. Here's his report of them: https://community.ricksteves.com/travel-forum/tours/my-first-rs-tour
Carol is correct that Best of Europe in 21 Days is the longest Rick Steves Tour itinerary. When Rick first started leading tours, he figured that he could "put up with anyone" for 3 weeks. But most customers want shorter tours, so other multi-country routes tend to top out at 13-15 days.
I have taken 17 RS tours and the 21 day BofE is one of my favorite. I wish there were more longer tours but have been told that the 7 day tours are the most popular due primarily to the fact the Americans get so few vacation days when compared to the Europeans. We go to Europe for 16 of the last 18 years for about a month and returned yesterday from England and the Villages of South England. Another great tour.
Yep I agree with Charlie. I've done the 21 day BOE and it is fabulous! It's a great way to "taste" a lot of different destinations to see what appeals and where you'd like to return!
If you are contemplating doing this one, I'd strongly suggest you arrive a couple of days ahead of the tour to get acclimated and recover from jet lag and if you can....stay a few days longer in Paris at the end of the tour!

Now a days, two weeks.
Welcome to the forum! I'm guessing your question was aimed at Rick Steves Tours. As others have mentioned, it looks like this 21 day tour is the longest.
From a personal point of view, 21 days is the longest tour I've taken. I was in high school at the time, back in 1966 and it was a People to People tour.
It roughly followed the RS Best of Europe itinerary. We started in Brussels, Belgium. From there we went through Germany, Switzerland, Italy, Monaco, France and finished in England.
The Best of Europe would be a great introduction if you've never been to Europe. You'll get a taste, then you can do more specific tours of areas that interest you in the coming years. That also is a great price when you look at everything that is included and the length of the trip.
