Hello there am looking for a leisurely paced guided tour spanning between 10-12 days in June that would cover London, Paris and Amsterdam. Any tour company suggestions?

thanks

Posting the same question under different titles will not increase the number or quality of answers. I would suggest that you delete one of the questions so that all of your answers stay in one place. Makes it easier for everyone. Also it might help if you would define what "leisurely" means to you. Leisurely probably has a wide range of meaning for many travelers.

Thank you for pointing that out Frank, the first time I posted the topic, I did not think it actually made it to the forum. Leisurely in my book would mean being able to spend 2-3 days in a city at least. Do you have any suggestions for tours?

I have not heard of a tour that spends more then 2 days in one city at a time.. however.. there are city tours ie: Paris in seven days tour , , that would be considered more leisurely paced.

Rick Steves tours usually spend 2 nights in each city.. and I do know many tours only spend one night in each place..

Frankly London , Paris and Amsterdam would be EASY to do on your own.. why take a tour.. they are easy to travel between and you could then just take a few city tours while in each one or do it yourself.

It sounds like you're looking for what's called an escorted tour, where someone guides you the whole time. I don't know which companies have the itinerary you seek, but start by looking at some of the biggies, such as Tauck or Maupintour (if you have a generous budget) or Globus, Trafalagar, and Gate1 (more moderately priced). If you're OK with less guidance, look at Monograms.

If you find a specific tour that you like, you can post a question about it. However, be aware that most of us on this board are do-it-yourselfers, and those who do take tours tend to take Rick Steves tours. So, you may not get too many first-hand responses.

EDIT: I just found one with Monograms that does your itinerary: http://monograms.com/Booking/Monograms/Product.aspx?trip=5DKE
