Does anyone know if medicine, like Sudafed, be shipped to Germany? I want to send some to my son who is in Germany as he prefers it to what he's been able to find there.

Sudafed is a precursor for meth. I wouldn't expect to be allowed to send it in any volume. If he can't get it there, it may be illegal in Germany. In which case, mailing it is probably also illegal. Like most places here, it may be non-prescription but kept behind the counter, he may have to ask for it. Each country has it's own laws regarding prescription and non-prescription drugs. Some things are legal here that are a no-no elsewhere and vice versa.

"Sudafed" can be the marketing name for either phenylephrine or pseudoephedrine. If it's pseudoephedrine, that is only available in Germany with a prescription, for the reason the other poster noted. It's much more difficult to convert phenylephrine into crystal meth, so that might be OK... but I'm not positive...

Okay-my son is just there for a few more months and needed one package just to use occasionally, but sounds like a no go.
