Hello all, I'm leaving for Paris tomorrow! Any last things anyone would like to tell me or remind me of?!? Thanks!
Yes....have a wonderful glorious time!
Lock the doors & windows! You'd be surprised how many people forget...
Have a fantastic time!!
Water the plants. Stop the paper. Have someone feed the animals and pick up the mail. Leave a detailed itinerary with a family member or friends. Pack light.
Take a money belt. Earplugs. Comfortable shoes. Get a full 8 hours of sleep.
HAVE A WONDERFUL TRIP!
Bon Voyage!
Make certain the debit and credit card companies know of your trip. As long as you have passport, access to money, memory card and batteries for camera, and great attitude, you'll have a ball! If you haven't seen it, we loved the Rodin Museum on our recent trip! Climb the Arc de Triomphe at night to watch the twinkling Eiffel Tower! Eat a few Nutella crepes on our behalf! Just have fun!
Thanks everybody! Im verrryy excited! Its getting close now!
Two pieces of advice that always seem to be right:
Bring less stuff.
Bring more money!
Have a great trip.
Empty the trash can... Also check the fridge.
If you can get away with it do not date your pass till you HAVE to. It may get you an extra day.
Buy a phone card (they are real cheap) to call home. People will be happy and impressed.
EAT EAT EAT EAT EAT
Get a bottle of water and refill it along the way(saves money)
Watch out for the usual scams. Use your money belt and be safe.
Pass on still good phone cards, metro passes etc to another tourist who may need it.
