last minute trip planning

Hello, I'm going to Europe with my sister in late June (I know, this is last minute). I have been to Europe a few times before but my sister has never been. I wanted to pick one country and do a relaxing trip including some beach time but my sister wants to hit more destinations (understandable, as it's her first time). We came up with this itinerary. now, planning 2 country in 13d is tricky bc i realized there is no easy direct flight to/from florence expt from paris and we wanna make our travel to/from as seamless and easy as possible. here is what i came up with. I need some help on how to get to/from these destinations and if you have insight i greatly appreciate it!! ulternatively, i can give up my dreams of a beach trip and make a quick day trip or so to lake como when in italy. for context, i've been to paris and florence so i'm familiar and hoping to include at least one new destination.

day 1 - ny to paris
day 2- paris
day 3- paris
day 4- paris
day 5 - fly/train to florence
day 6- florence
day 7 - florence
day 8 - florence
day 9 - fly/train to nice
day 10 - french reviera
day 11 - french reviera
day 12 - french reviera
day 3 - fly back to ny

Have you booked airfare already? Where are you flying out of?

Air France has direct flights from Paris to Florence. Don’t waste a full day on the train.

If you really want a beach vacation, have you considered the Amalfi Coast? Fly from Paris to Naples. Then train to AC. Have a few days at the beach. Then train to Rome, instead of Florence. Fly home from Rome.

If you prefer to go to another city other than Paris, look for a budget airline that flies into Pisa.

Most people within Europe flying to Florence fly to Pisa and then take the 1 hour local train into Florence.

We have been to the beach in Barcelona, but really don't include beaches in our European trips. We can go to better Gulf beaches any weekend in our state. There are great European cities just waiting for us.
