Krakow/Prague advice

I have the option of 2.5 days in Krakow/3 nights
1.5 days in Prague/2 nights

Or, subtract a day from Krakow/add a day to Prague

I’m planning on taking day trip to Auschwitzs, with a tour.

I’m planning on flying to Prague, morning flight, vs train.

Still crunching timetables. Day of arrival after international travel, normally functioning at 50%.
Day 1 is sightseeing at low speed.

I may add a night in Krakow.
I have the flexibility of adding almost a full day in Prague by taking a late shuttle/train to CK.
Keeping my hotel stay for 2 nights in Prague/3 days of sightseeing.
