i know summer travel is nuts and i am glad i returned before things got even worse. i am writing this for tips and suggestions regarding a voucher klm gave me for a flight rebooking. the voucher has a cash value which is what i am trying to avail without success. the problem is that the website keeps giving me an error message, 'oops! something went wrong' after i enter all my information. since it doesn't say what went wrong i am at a loss. talking to a live agent is almost impossible these days and the few times i was able to get through i was hung up on, given a dutch number to call, and told online was the only way to redeem. i acknowledge that compared to what other passengers are going through currently, my situation is petty. after all, the euro 250 is a nice gift that the airlines are forced to give you. perhaps i should just wait until the high season is over. any input is appreciated.
