Keeping My Fingers Crossed

I'm supposed to leave for Munich on May 6. Hopefully the whole Volcano situation and it's aftermath will be cleared up by then. I did buy travel insurance and it seems I'll be covered if this thing stretches out that long but I'm still on the edge of my seat. Bottom line....always buy travel insurance.

I'm also "keeping my fingers crossed"! I'm scheduled to depart on May 13th for Rome, however the flight is routed via Frankfurt which is not going to be possible with the current situation.

This is one occasion where I'm glad I booked through a Travel Agent! I'm going to stop by there tomorrow to get some idea what my options are.

I saw one report in the paper this morning which stated that the intensity of the volcano has decreased somewhat. Lets hope it improves a lot more over the next few days.

I'm supposed to leave for Ireland on May 11th. I thought buying the insurance was unnecessary but I'm really glad I did!

I'm supposed to leave May 23rd and am REALLY hoping the whole volcano thing is figured out by then.
Luckily I bought the travel insurance, which my husband said was a big waste of money, may not be such a waste now, or at least I have a little peace of mind, so I am glad that I did!

Good luck everyone!
