Jet Lag

Does anyone have any advice on how to handle jet lag? It always takes at least a few days to get adjusted to the new time. I hate wasting that much time when I'm traveling.

Hi Beth, I would advise you that after checking into your hotel to go out and start your day. Stay up until the time you usually go to bed, then the next day you should be fine. We always stay busy the day we arrive, then we get back to our room about 10pm for the night. We feel great the next day and have no trouble with jet lag.

Tip: Just click on the longer lines, not the shorter ones.

One thing you learn from browsing a few hundred posts on jet lag is:

Everyone seems to react differently to it, what works for one person doesn't necessarily work for another. So now you've got a couple hundred experiences that won't be applicable to you, instead of just one.
