Hello,
My husband and I arrive in Prague Oct 22. I have an appointment in Zielona Gora on the 27, and we fly out of Poznan very early on the 29.
We were originally thinking of spending a couple of nights in Prague, take a night train to Krakow, and then a late afternoon train on the 26 to Zielona Gora.
However, we are now worried that's not enough time in either Prague or Krakow.
I'm looking for suggestions on how to make the most of our time - spend most of the time in Prague, skip Krakow, and then make it to Zielona Gora?
Is there a place in Western Poland we could visit "in between"?
We'll be traveling by train although I'm open to flying or buses if they make more sense.

Hopefully Carlos will see your post because he is a wealth of information for Poland. Just some quick thoughts, I think Bydgoszcz is amazing. The cathedral is quite unique. Also, check out Torun and Gneizno.
