Hi!! My friends and I (18+) have finalized our list and our really excited for our trip. We have chosen Paris, Biarritz, Barcelona, Madrid, Seville, Venice, Vernazza, and Rome. Although, we really need help on a few of things!
1. Does anyone have any recommendations on the order which we should travel? (We are traveling with Eurail)
2. Any really great hostels or Air b n b
3. Things we CANNOT miss out on
4. Really great Clubs or bars for young people
Thank you so so much for taking your time to read this!! Your help is so appreciated

You will have some long travel days with the far flung places on your list.
I would add Nice to ease the pain a little in this regard.
Venice >> Rome >> Vernazza >> Nice >> Barcelona >> Seville >> Madrid >> Biarritz >> Paris
David's order of cities is good.
As I'm looking at the number of places you have listed, this trip should be at least a month long - otherwise you are just hopping in and out of cities and traveling. When you factor in travel time, you'll get in about 2-3 days per city. Traveling by train will eat up time - some of these distances will take up 1/2 to whole days.
In addition to any replies you get here, the Lonely Planet Thorn Tree forum will have more people who can give specific recommendations for your situation: https://www.lonelyplanet.com/thorntree/forums/europe-western-europe
The Let's Go books will also have lots of recommendations for hostels, nightlife, etc.
I'm also a fan of EuroCheapo, not only for accommodation recommendations, but also general budget travel tips: http://www.eurocheapo.com/
Research Biarritz carefully before deciding to stay there. There my be budget options there, but it certainly has the reputation of NOT being cheap.
My 19 yr old is doing two months next spring.. she is visiting half of those places.. its not just a time thing though.. its a budget thing.. every time you move it costs money..
I do hope you have at least a month with all those places.
As for clubs and bars.. if hostelling, desk staff and other guests will have the best most current suggestions of whats happening for your age group .
Since it looks like you are moving at a fair clip ( how many days for each place) I would skip the airbnb thing.. you have to research each place carefully.. many require deposits and cleaning fees etc.. it would be easier and more fun to me to just do hostels and cheap hotels ( if there are 3 of you a cheap triple can be just as cheap as three dorm beds in some places.. do your homework)
If you haven\t purchased the Eurail pass yet.. STOP and think.. sometimes its way more of a hassle and expense then point to point tickets.
If you are committing to an itinerary early, then consider booking flights and (point to point) trains well ahead, I think you would end up ahead dollar wise. I have also substituted Amsterdam for Biarritz, saving $$ and easing logistics. Venice >> Vernazza >> Rome >> FLY >> Seville >> Madrid >> Barcelona >> Paris >> Amsterdam
